Forest and Everton (like Leeds tomorrow) were also dearer than the upcoming Chelsea fixture.

Wasn't there a game earlier in the season against a Watford type club that they classified as Category A?

Category A games, so far this season, that I'm aware of:
Newcastle, Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd, Forest, Everton and Leeds.
