Two penalty appeals. Neither given.

Zero Villa goals, three Brighton goals, four Villa injuries.

Five Villa clear goals disallowed because the refs hate us.

Two of them disallowed because the ball was out of play at the start of the half.

Just realised Milner didn't play this weekend so will get the record against us, instead, if he plays.

He didn't play today so will only equal the record if he plays on Wednesday.

I like James Milner. It would be nice to get the record at Villa Park. Or equal it whatever it is. As long as we are winning the game at the time he comes on of course and he doesn’t help them in any way to get any kind of result. Because he can fuck off at that point.

As sound a piece of reasoning as you'll see today.

He can come on for a few mins when we're 3-0 up and enjoy our CL qualification.

Brighton looked pretty poor today , we need a win..

3-1

defensive cock up in first half and come back with Morgz , Tammy and Barkley

With man utd and chelsea having winnable games away at west ham & home to Leeds, on the Tuesday, the pressure really could be on by the time we face Brighton. If Man utd win, they’ll be ahead of us on goal difference.
Brightons away record isn’t great, but they can pull results out of the bag, they’ve beat Chelsea & drawn with Man City.
We never looked like winning against Everton and Brentford, so something really has to change on Wednesday.
Nervous times.

Martinez
Cash
Konsa
Torres
Maatsen
Onana
Luiz
Beundia
Watkins
Rogers
Sancho

A nervy 2-0 (Watkins, Abraham off the bench)

Only possible change to that team is Barkley for Buendia with Rogers swapped to the left. Critical game for us this one.
