Means Matty Cash is going to have to start again on Thursday...

Yeah, wtf is wrong with Garcia again?  He played a few minutes in Turkey and now out for 3 weeks again.

The Tielemans news is just really crap.  8-10 weeks.  He's either broken his ankle or had really bad ligament damage.  Just awful luck.

There must be something wrong with me but here goes:

The mechanism of injury was forced dorsiflexion (foot pushed up) and lateral rotation (foot twisted out). This is the classic mechanism of injury for a syndesmosis sprain.  If you google that, you'll see how long you need out for the varying grades of injury.

Well thank you for that.  I won't watch injuries back on replays because I'm squeamish, so I appreciate filling in the gaps.

It looked bad in slow motion.
Surprised he didn’t break his ankle

Unai says Garcia out for 3 weeks with hamstring.  Every time this lad gets close he gets injured!

He’s made of weaker stuff than Barkley!

Which highlights the urgency of us recruiting a solid right back into the squad. Unai's been forced to use Lindelhoff, Konsa and Bogarde there none of which are comfortable in that position and offer very little going forward.

Indeed we do. You could say we need him right back. I'll get my coat.
