Rogers had some decent chances which he should have done better with. Everton picking off plenty of lazy balls played from out centre halves, mostly Konsa.

Might have been better bringing Digne on for McGinn, pushing Maatsen further forward. I’d like to see Jimoh Aloba at some point but doubt it’ll happen.

Need more from Ollie, Rogers and Buendia, up the tempo of the passing and movement in their half.  I worry about Torres in the air, if I was their manager, that's the weakness I'd be exploiting.  Like the look of Garner.  Crisper passing in the final third please Villa.

Feels very much like roughly the same time last year when we kept getting a defender injured every week and our form collapsed, albeit with midfielders rather than defenders this time.

Luckily we started in a much better position pre-injury crisis so still have a decent chance of top five, but I think title is going to be a stretch with no midfield.

You'll never guess who has just scored for Roma...

Disallowed. Typical anti-Villa (on loan) bias...

Why are they interviewing Tarkowski at half time? Does he not have a match to worry about?

Guessand. Lord, why have you forsaken us? He can obviously head a ball. Everything else is well, well below standard. Speed, strength, technique, work ethic. What does he offer? Shambolic waste of money.

Malen has scored again, maybe this won't be disallowed.

It’s very unlucky to have 4 centre mids out - but the lack of any attacking options is on us.

I could score against Torino, I just won't lower myself to playing at such a shit standard.
