Literally the only sub option I can think of is Maatsen.to play further forward ahead of Digne. So frustrating. Watkins needs to get more involved but can't remember too many through balls to him.

62% possession. 100 passes more than them.

Guessand allows himself to be marked out of a game because he stands between two opposition players with not quite enough space to receive a pass from a fellow player. I cannot work him out.

He's a terrible footballer, it's pretty evident. Tactically inept is him in a nutshell.

Mostly between Martinez and Konsa though

We're going to struggle in every game with both McGinn and Kamara injured. No control in midfield.

Imagine how happy we'd be if we were currently second.

We are in a bit of mess with midfield wiped out. Will do well to get anything out of this match.

Cash trying to get the crowd up...too busy sucking on their Werthers.

It’s a dark and cold Sunday evening and people have work tomorrow. It’s a shitty time for a football match.

It was too cold last time.

People always have work the next day.

Disapointing. Not having grip on midfield. Hopefully we do them last 30 minutes. Lacking experienced player in midfield does not help, but Geussand showed some bits anyhow.

Flat atmosphere, flat performance.

It is so difficult to cope with this many out. We know the impact Bouba's absence has but McGinn is critical in games like this because he is an out ball who we can use to play off and get up the pitch beyond their press.

We need to find a way of sneaking it, preferably in a way that gives Guessand a massive hit of confidence because it looks like he will be playing a lot.

The squad suddenly looks threadbare.
