That bench looks very week. Letting Malen go before we had a replacement is stupid.

Yep.

It is stupid. If Watkins gets injured today, we'll be in a terrible bargaining position trying to get in a replacement.

I'm going to assume they are more interested in getting the squad nearer what they want longer term rather than focusing on 1 game.

Dion Dublin clueless on 5Live. Matty Cash can do a job in midfield if needed.

But we don't know that it is a stupid decision yet. Right now, at most, it's a risky call, win today and pick up a replacement in the next few days and letting Malen go is fine.

No, a stupid risk is a stupid risk. If you decide to jump into the lions' enclosure at the local zoo, it's still a really bad fucking idea, even if you ultimately emerge unscathed.

but if, as an example, Guessand comes on up front (which wouldn't have happened if Malen was still here) and scores it's not the risk you're predicting. Hence why calling it moronic before kick off because you're a bit upset about the bench is an over-reaction.

Duran, Luiz, Ings were all sold and we went from strength to strength. Very surprised by these comments from you
