Sad news I'm afraid, due to a stress fracture in her lower right leg, Emma Raducanu has just announced, she will not be playing at Wimbledon.

Can't buy a break, can she? Had been looking formidable on the grass as well.

Not sure it would have made a difference but seems a bit daft that the organisers scheduled her to play on day one when she was obviously struggling to be fit on time.
