Oh yeah.  The trumpet.  What is it with London in clubs and their cringeworthy pre / during game musical misadventures.

Liverpool confirm Bradley has been ruled out all season with his knee injury. Hope Bouba gets better news.
I wonder how classless Arsenal feel about that?!

Was reading the post-match thread on a Spurs forum and someone said that was Xavi Simons' best game for them "by a mile".

Given I think I noticed him about twice, that's pretty damning.

He's usually anonymous, but did have some good moments yesterday. That Mouani seemed to be masterful at running offside.

I can’t believe PSG paid £70 odd million for him. Every time I’ve seen him he’s been dog shit.

Like Bolton, but with a bigger stadium.

Has the three attackers on the halfway line been a thing, or is it a new tactic to reduce congestion in our penalty area at corners?

Listen to the question asked of Thomas Frank at 2:08

WTAF? Specifically references that well-known provocateur and general shithousery merchant. Ollie Watkins. ::)
What bollocks. Was this odious reporter trying to load it all back on Frank?

I have said this for many years. The more you leave the more of them stay down. Goal keeper has all round clear vision and can catch and clear upfield quickly. Old fashion football.

To a point - if opposition teams started leaving 4 or 5 players up on the halfway line for our corners, you can be sure we’d start coming up with routines designed to take advantage of the extra space available - particularly towards the edge of the area where they’d be unable to close down quick enough.

It’s another example of almost everything in football being cyclical, in response to predominant tactical approaches.

That's why Aftab MacPhee is our set piece coach.
