Bronte needs to give Watkins a couple of extra points today. Wonderful pisstake.

Thought Spurs were like a championship team on their big day out, full of venom and mistimed tackles with their “hard man” told to kick lumps out of the shiny prem stars - they were rather embarrassing really. As for the Villa, take the win on to the next round.

First half was as good as I've seen us all season, both goals came from superb team efforts, their goal changed things, but we saw the game out well in the end.

Yes, we played some scintillating football in the first half and Glen Hoddle, on TNT, was full of praise for our performance, using the phrase "a well oiled machine".

Frank then clearly advised his team to get physical and make us pay a price for our slickness. And a price will be paid, if I am any judge.

I missed the game as I’ve just take my daughter back to uni. I’ve just seen the goals. Whats going on with the Spurs shirt? It looks all patched up?

Since 16th Feb last year Spurs have won just 3 domestic games at their place. The same number as us.

It’s hideous! Some anniversary!

Two cracking goals. Brilliant football for both.

So impressive how we can adapt. First half, you want to play? We’ll just play you off the park. Second half you want a rumble? No worries, we’ll just shut you down.
