he looks like a defenders nightmare

He looks older than 18!

He does look older than 17, but I didn't really fill out until my early 20s.

Lots of people will take this the wrong way but he's a lot like Heskey was at that age,  not the defensive non-scoring one we had but the monster  teenager at Leicester who bullied centre backs and looked like he could be something special.

If we win our case I reckon he makes his premier league debut before Christmas.

Do we know if the appeal was successful yet? The Athletic reported it was to be heard on July 1st.

The hearing was held, but last I saw we were still waiting on the verdict.

Fingers crossed it goes in our favour. It does feel absurd that an English citizen can't be registered.

I predict it is turned down and one of Barca, Rm or PSG 'buy' him and he turns out to be the next Pele.

They'll throw it out, fine us and deduct points off Everton.

As we can't register him, I'm assuming we can't loan him out or sell him.

I highly doubt UEFA will show much compassion.

UEFA don't give a shit. It's FIFA that are being twats. I'm pretty sure we would be able to loan him to any EU club as EU freedom of movement regulations trump FIFA rules.

There's no money in it for FIFA to allow the kid to play.
