That ball from Kamara to cash was like a ball played through treacle

There is no space through the middle, Leeds have done their homework and are just squeezing those spaces and we of course have no width in attacking areas.

Remember when we and the football world ripped the piss out of Souness for blaming the grass? That's how we sound currently.

Unless we are playing Spurs away we don’t seem to believe in ourselves when not at Villa Park. It’s the oddest thing.

So far we're poor but this is also a typical rob Jones performance where 1 side can kick and push and niggle without consequence and the other can barely make a tackle without him blowing up. Awful ref.

Dreadful ref.

Is he from one of those shit towns (thinking Cov or Lesta) who have fabricated a rivalry against us. Only thing that may explain it.  This is very much in keeping with all our other games when he's been involved.

We need to stop fouling them though. They are shit, we should have no need to foul them at all, let them have the ball, we'll soon have it back.

True, but that's why I don't like him because what always happens when he's refusing is he lets one side get away with stuff and turn it into a scrap, then starts punishing the other team when they give some back. It's not just us, it happens in most games he's ref for.

That last bit, before he eventually gave the foul on Konsa, was a good example, there were 3-4 fouls before the one he gave and we aren't getting away with any of those.

Tielemans and Buendia are both in their underhitting throughballs mode.

The Elland Road crowd always make me think of a bunch of howling baboons.

You have to admire these plucky teams that absolutely play their little hearts out when a big club comes to town. Bless.
