this ref is shite just like every other ref we seem to get .

That's because generally speaking, they're all shite.

We’re not dealing with the physicality at all

I don't think their players are all that physical, at least not Palace level physical. It's just we're being sloppy and the game is scrappy which suits them.

How was that not offside? Same as Newcastles yesterday.

It’s not the pitch. We’re just not playing well enough.

That automated offside line was totally incorrect.

So we played with intensity and pressed against Bournemouth and so far today it's more the walking football approach.

What the fuck is going on with that offside?! Watkins' elbow, surely not the part you measure from?!

We 'score' that one and you can be sure the offside or foul would be given.

If memory serves, we had a similar scenario against Wolves away last year (may even have been the same ref) and Malen had a goal ruled out.

Woefully weak from Emi. But keepers are usually afforded more protection than that.

Not when it's us, of course.

Like when we went 1 up against Sheffield United in December 23

That VAR line they just showed was bollocks. Their bloke's foot was further forward. You can't play the ball with your elbow. I know technically it's probably right but it just feels wrong that you can be offside with your elbow.
