My tuppence worth, using your list.

Martinez - in a normal window would agree, but given the churn and the likelihood his replacement costing more than the income, it might be best to keep him.
Digne - Ditto
Rogers - Hopefully not unless the money is ridiculous.  Not trading the above for a net loss should reduce the need to sell.
Buendia - Gone for £15-20m.
Bailey - Gone for £5-10m
Watkins - time to say goodbye and thanks for £20m
Barkley - release to reduce the wages.
Garcia - hopefully break even?  Add the fella at Leipzig too.
Onana - I’d sell for £40m ish and buy Luiz.

Add Barranchea, Guessand and Malen leaving for £75m ish

Ultimately that’d generate £100-150m and we’d need to buy Luis (£20m?), first team striker and winger, plus a back-up for Cash.  Just about possible with the odd loan and free transfer too.

Good luck Olabe.  Interesting (worrying?) that he gained his reputation buying academy players rather than the oven ready players we probably need.

Genius, pure genius!!!

As of March 15, 2026, Donyell Malen has scored 7 goals in 9 matches for AS Roma in Serie A during the 2025–26 season, having joined the club on loan in January 2026, says RomaPress. He has established himself as a key striker for the team immediately upon his arrival, according to RomaPress.

Key Stats for Malen at Roma (2025–26 Season):
Total Goals: 7
Appearances: 9
Arrival Date: January 16, 2026

His rapid impact saw him quickly become one of the team's top scorers in the domestic league for the season, notes RomaPress.

Do we have an option to bring him back at the end of the season? Or did we sign a deal that basically says, if he’s great you can have him in the cheap and if he’s shit you send him back?

He definitely goes if they qualify for Champions League/Europa League, either by league position or by winning this year's Europa.

If they don't, they can choose to sign him for the pre-agreed fee or not.

They're currently only in a Conference League spot but would likely be upgraded to a Europa place if the winner of the Como vs Inter Cup Semi-Final goes on to win the Final. Only three points off Champions League and two off guaranteed Europa, anyway, so more likely to qualify than not one way or the other.

Pretty sure we’ll start next season with a new first choice keeper as Emi1 will look for pastures new.
Digne and Ollie stand a good chance of being moved on, and I would look to move on Emi2, Bailey too. My guess would be that those would generate in the region of £100m

With Sancho and Elliott, more than likely, going that’s a minimum of 7 to come in.
I think Luiz will stay and I’d like to see Trafford come in.

I'd love to see a breakdown of the £100m you anticipate us receiving for those players. We'd be lucky to get £25m for the lot, in my arrogant opinion.

I was going along the lines of
£30m Emi1
£30m Ollie
£20m Emi2
£20m for the othe two

But, in fairness I’m probably way out

I'm sure I'm the same on the other side, but yes!

If we did get offered the prices Nigel’s said we should sell them. But I can’t see it. We’re in a position where it’s probably not worth selling Ollie, Emi1, or Digne as we’d spend far more than their transfer fee for a very average replacement.

It is a nuisance though as we do need to start shifting a few of the older heads along, just so we don’t get lumbered with trying to replace half the squad in one summer.

Our problem is wages, though (for UEFA SCR), so I can see us wanting Emi one off the books.

Those valuations are at least 20 million too high, sorry Nigel.
