Fucking hell, that was painful.
Total lack of energy.
Guessand is hopeless and Onana is being particularly lazy tonight

Sancho is class.

Making everyone who wrote him off look a bit silly.

Should be starting every game.

Another strange hill to die on! He's had the odd nice touch and one decent cross. An awful lot of meh in between including teeing them up for a decent chance.

Pretty turgid until that moment of brilliance from Sancho, Rogers and Maatsen

Well it felt in the last 10 mins we started to play in a way that might hurt them.

Spending £26 million on Guessand is looking like a very bad decision.

Especially when you think how hamstrung by PSR we were.

It's hard to argue that PSR has fucked us when you look at how abymsally we've spent money. What a waste.

He is dreadful. I would love to read the scouting report.

I like sancho and maatsen together . . .   needs more time

Don’t be daft. What’s that more time thing you mention?

One moment of real quality in a massive ocean of tedium. For the first 30 mins we lacked urgency and penetration and made a really poor opposition look like world-beaters.

The second half needs to be much better.

Guessand and Sancho were brought in and we traded Ramsey? Mad. They have been awful tonight; seriously shite.

That is your opinion but you are wrong.

Dross so far, with a slight improvement towards the end of the half. Lindelof and Guessand is the right hand side of nightmares.

Thrilled to have paid premier league prices to watch a Carabao Cup lineup.
