Without playing well, we were the better side that half.  We need to cut out the sloppy passing, get Malen and Guessand into the game more.

Aged 23 years and 85 days, Morgan Rogers has become the sixth-youngest player to record 25 Premier League goal involvements for Aston Villa (12 goals, 13 assists), and the youngest since Christian Benteke in August 2013 (22y 257d).

I wonder who the other four were.

Quick guess might be Gabby, Young, maybe Yorke?

Yorkie was my first thought. Jack?

Porro is a decent player but my god is he a whiny little twat, if I was ref and a player was waving at me constantly like that he'd be in the book very quickly.
I think it was Porro last season who, after a Villa player went down with a head injury, but the ref played on, got the game stopped and went over to our player to ensure he was ok

Decent response. But we need to defend better down our right side.

If he’s ok I’d get Ollie on. We need a presence up front.

Great goal from Rogers.

He’s a bitch. The Cucurella, AMac type.

If I was playing against him he would be in the stand very quickly!

1-1 at HT, I'll take that given our crappy start.

Commentator on the official Premier League stream is very pro-Spurs and also sounds like he forgot to put in his false teeth today.

Nah because Benteke was the last before Rogers (and most of Jack's youth was in the Championship).

Gabby is definitely one on quick stat check.

yep I'd take a one one mainly without being at the races, if we can step it up we can win the game 2nd half. seems like plenty of empty seats in the stadium

This ref is letting their number 7 and Palinha foul with impunity.  They tried to rough us up the last time we played them too.  They’re not a great side I don’t think, and this is winnable.
