I thought the referee acknowledged it had crossed the line but then indicated he was disallowing it for an earlier foul.

I presume the goal line technology bleeped. In any case it is visibly over the line on a naked eye reply. That bit is not in dispute

Job done

Rogers and Guessand a waste of time.

Buendia quality. Bogarde looking better each game.

Win on Sunday and it’s 4 in a row. That’s the doom mongers silenced for now.

Ridiculous post.

That’s what I say to the postman every day. :D

I thought Bogarde looked like Kamara last night, relaxed on the ball, taking passes under pressure and opening up the pitch with clever passes.

We were lucky to get in 0 0 at half time although they should have been a man down.
Bizot was very good and I like his ability to pass the ball.
We did look very good at times and more like ourselves.
Konsa Pau SJM Kamara were excellent.

Yes he is beginning to look like a very good player.

Really good European performance. We weathered a bit of a storm first half, although how good Feynenord were was constantly over inflated by that nause of a commentator.
Second half, managed a tricky first 10, then just picked them off and managed the game out.
Konsa was my motm, really classy, Pau, Kamara, McGinn, Beundia and of course Bizot all really good. Bogarde calm and classy when he came on.
Watkins started well but faded, also looked moody when he went off, he really needs to get over being subbed.
Rogers, the signs are there, some of his turns and runs were brilliant, his passing not so. A confident Rogers shoots in the first half rather than try an eye of the needle through ball to Watkins.
Big Guessand was poor first half, put himself about more second, Emery obviously see’s something in him.

My early season prediction of us struggling until confidence is boosted by winning in Europe is looking good.

At airport for flight home. A statement win. Very good second half performance. It will be interesting to hear others experience of travel to and from the ground. Sounded good in theory but shambolic in practice. We really do get treated like cattle on these European away trips...

First half they overan us in midfield and were unlucky not to be in front, we gave the ball away too often. Once we scored they seemed to stop running, still think we get caught too often playing out from the back but have to say there were some very good performances. JM a captain leading the way stood out for me, we need Rogers of last season to appear.

That dirty carthorse at the back for them that should have walked was in that god awful Sheff Utd team that we hammered so bad at Brammall Lane half their fans had left by half time.
