HT: I thought that's the best we've played this season, we looked pretty fluid and confident at times going forward. Buendia was involved in most of what we did well. Maatsen and Kamara looked good. Obviously Rogers still not quite at the races. We definitely weathered some of the storm there. We need our final balls to stick more. Really good game!

I'd get Bogey on for Rogers. Get a grip in midfield.

Rogers is still off but he still did some good stuff at times.

Guessand and Rogers should be hooked for Elliot and Malen, anonymous the pair of them.

I'd be tempted to go for one of the kids instead of Malen and then bring him on up front later. We need to get them some time in games in case we need them later in the season.

Shots 13/5 to our 3/1

Are those the odds on us having one?

Feyenoord were 12/5 at the start of the game which was good odds, I thought.

If Roger’s comes out 2nd half I will shout obscenity’s at my TV.
He’s one big liability to us at the moment.
He'll become the next Joao Felix

I get the impression we are going to see a more focused Villa in the 2nd half, can't see how we will do another 45 like that, wouldn't take anybody off until the hour, unless Rogers starts to have some impact him and Guessand off.

Think Villa will win this...Just.

Rogers needs a spell out now. It’s destroying him.

Starting 11 until May.
FTFY.

I was going to put in he will get a yellow card suspension before then, then noticed he hasn't had any which is probably more damming about how much he is doing on the pitch off the ball.

I wish I could enjoy games in this manner. The presence of those claret and blue shirts just turns me into a quivering, possibly paranoid mess.

Is Rogers playing protest because he didn't get a summer move or something?

His meteoric drop in form makes absolutely no sense.
I’m starting to think it could be more of a mental state after being called up for England.

Sadly players are looking up and avoiding the pass to Guessand. I guess they see him in training
