Ok. Got no confidence in Malen or Guessand to step up.

Rogers has been poor again

No he hasn’t. He’s had a couple of poor moments, but he’s done some really good stuff - like just then.

Nah by his standards he’s not been great

His best - correct, what he’s been thus far this season - much better. Had Malen finished better, he could have assisted two goals with a couple of lovely touches.

It's been a pretty mediocre game so far. Both sides lack a cutting edge: Kamara has been player of the first half.
Malen and Guessand - hmmm, the jury is out on both - have shown energy and enthusiasm.

Malen’s been piss poor touch of a rhino

Acceptable first half.

Yes, at least we're attacking at something more than walking pace. Bologna are limited and error prone but hard working

Better. Still not great, but better. But think Rogers is miles off it still. We know he can be so much better, but his levels of effort seem higher. A better touch up front at times and we could be more than one up.

We've improved by replacing lacklustre effort with acceptable. Still nowhere near the levels this squad should be achieving. Bologna need a word with themselves. Given us zero problems despite us currently being a bit shit. Bizot is definitely a big improvement on Olsen.

Started brightly but allow Bologna back in after we scored. Rogers has been poor again and Malen should be doing better with the chances he's had. Cash gets his obligatory first-half yellow to increase the pressure on the defence. Bizot distribution looking decent.

He’s been better but the bar was very low

I'll take energy and enthusiasm for now. Agreed on Kamara. I'm just gonna focus on him and wax lyrical about his silky behaviour until we're no longer shit.

More like it, looking capable of giving a goal away trying suicide balls at the back though. Malen could do with a goal to boost his confidence, looks as though he doesn't believe in himself

Yeah but it’s progress and should put to bed the nonsense that he’s not trying.

We are in front, that in itself is a total transformation, hopefully a win tonight can make something happen overall, Cash working hard Guessand improving, as for them from what they are saying they have a few in-form players on the bench, lets see how the 2nd half develops, so far so good.

I'm much happier with that. We looked more organised, our passing was better, defence seemed fairly comfortable. I thought Buendia, Guessand and Malen were trying to figure it out a bit between them but I didn't mind that too much. Some decent moments between them.

Decent but you can see we’ve no confidence in the final 3rd. Very loose final ball, Rogers in particular. His air swing before SJM’s goal was a shocker.
