9 of the starting 11 are from the Steve Gerrard era. After three years no academy breakthroughs, one true transfer success and one with a lot still to prove. That’s just not good enough by all concerned in a sport which evolves so quickly; tactically, mentally and physically. We are starting to look old, tired and predictable. We all trust in Unai so let’s hope his “dependables” can pull us through this current situation and borderline crisis.

Set up not to lose at Sunderland, just brilliant!

Hope is all we have left that our better players start to actually perform to their true abilities! 🤞

That’s another conservative set up.  Elliott’s appearances clause might be true!
what clause is this?

Can't play more than 10 games by NYD 2026

Is that 10 starts or appearing in 10 games?

If you are limiting appearances because of a clause you don't start them in the League Cup.

Anyone able to help me.

That ref owes us a few favours after his performance at Forest last season. Expect blatant fouls to go unpunished.

They've turned up late for every other game this season as well.

That's it we're fucked. They're wearing the black shirts, those things are cursed.
