McGinn and Konsa aside the rest of them were embarrassing. Emery has been rumbled by opposing managers and appears to be losing the dressing room. Not a good combination.

Malen and Guessand won't be the answer to our current problems. Especially Malen, the desire is not there. Guessand tries but looks a level below in basic ability.

We need Rogers and Watkins to come good and Elliot and Sancho to hit the ground running. Kamara and Onana to stay fit too. If the majority of that doesn't happen we are in trouble.

Im an outlier here, whilst it wasn’t great and its shit to go out, I think there were some green shoots. I thought defensively we looked fairly sound and Konsa in particular was largely very good. I think Bogarde had a good game as did McGinn apart from the pen. I also thought Rogers looked lively for the first time in ages when he came on. I think Elliot and Sancho will add something, especially if Sancho and Maatsen can build an understanding.
Downside Guessand looks way off it at the moment and Malen doesnt look good enough with no where near the effort required.

We played better and scored.  To be honest we hit the post and could have had a pen or two and I think were comfortably the better team.  For short periods we looked quite handy.

Still not great - but I think Elliot and Sancho looked sharp.  Think McGinn and Bogarde grew into the game.  Guessard looks very raw - but then so did Rogers when we first signed him.  It would be great if he adapted quickly.
