I thought Emery was going to pop a blood vessel at the end there when we bollocksed up another attack. It was the only entertaining thing that happened all afternoon.

Having watched the whole game, we played ok for long periods but we are totally insipid in front of goal. If you include ManUre last season, that's 5 games without a fucking goal. Something has to change and change fast.

Poor for much of the game.  At least we didn't lose and Emi M made amends for the nonsense of a couple of weeks ago.

Chuffed with a point but we still look lame.

We haven't looked like scoring at all which is why we haven't and something needs to change in that respect.

At least we battled and there was no lack of desire, optimistically, small steps.....

Recruitment has largely been shit since Emery has been here. Still relying on the players brought in under Smith and Gerard is pathetic

Gerrard level shite this season so far.
The starting line up was pretty much his team minus Rogers. After 3 years of Emery and Monchi thats quite telling.

It was a dreadful game with two really poor teams. We were lucky they had Beto up front as he contrived to miss two sitters. We have no fluency and zero goal threat.  Grealish was the best player on the park by a country mile.

The only team in all 4 leagues not to have scored - and not even looking likely to.

I wonder what the league's stats show regarding blocked shots, blocked crosses and intercepted passes. I bet we are right up there. And it's a symptom of the total lack of belief from top to bottom - we are hesitant, indecisive and everything we do is just that tick too slow. It's very reminiscent of Gerrardball.

Extend it to all the British leagues and we still have Aberdeen for company.

Yup 0 isn’t reflective of good defending either. We’ve been fucking dreadful, front to back. Not good enough.

I didn’t even want to see goals, anyway. Goals are overrated. Real football fans enjoy the purity of passing for its own sake. All those other teams in all the other leagues don’t know what they are missing.

I am a bit worried.  Im trying not to judge any of the newer players as were just woeful at the moment

Rogers has been awful this season - ollie has barely had a touch.   We have no width, pace or guile.  Beudia and the GK and defence are the only ones that havent looked completely out of sorts this season.

We've turned into a team playing some of the worst football I've ever seen sprinkled with endless time wasting and slowing almost every 'rare' attack to walking pace.

I know a relegation battle season when I see one. We'll be the new spuds this season minus the trophy.

A point away is usually ok in the Prem, but this Everton side are not a good side, workmanlike but poor and yet we made them look a lot better than they are.  Disappointing again.
