Saka and Sancho done belong in the same sentence. Saka is a diving twat but Sancho doesn’t get close enough to his marker to even consider diving. Waste of a shirt.

Previous experience had demonstrated the lack of impact Sancho was likely to have with us. Like Elliott, a weird deal underlining the chaos in our summer transfer approach. Emery needs to have a much clearer plan for this summer, and get the deals done early. I also hope he'll be looking at some of our loaned-out youngsters before summarily dispatching them off to another future.

Not as good as he thinks he is unfortunately. Shame as I'd hoped Emery could get a tune out of him but I can't think of a single memorable performance in a Villa shirt.

It's really not.

Do you know how many people in the game said Ravel Morrison was the most talented player they'd ever seen? What did he actually achieve?

It’s utterly meaningless though and it’s a cliche, because talent only exists in how you apply it.

Classic case of money earned outweighs actual talent. Too much too soon

Unfortunately this is so true and is proved in many cases!

Before his injury I was all for giving him a chance here, reduction in salary providing, but Sunderland and Spurs have unfortunately shown that he doesn't have the application needed to play for us, nor any team in the PL with any sort of high aspirations.

There's a hell of a player in there, we've seen glimpses of that this season if only briefly, but the lack of application is stunning. Maybe it's harsh to single him out in Sundays game because everyone bar Rogers, Cash and Bogarde showed a pathetic lack of effort, but the point still stands. He's a classic example of hard work beating talent 90% of the time.

Agree with every word.

Can’t be having the Saka comparisons personally. Sancho is a pathetic cowardly footballer who I sincerely hope I never see play for us again.

I'm talking about talent.

There are plenty of players who were blessed with talent who didn't make the most of it and The Sanch is right up there.

It's really not a daft call.

On reflection I think I'd rather have Bailey at least trying but being woeful over Sancho.

I don't know if his refusal to entertain any sort of physical contact with an opponent is something that is of recent origin or not. However, if it is something that has always been a feature of his game then it truly is a wonder that he has actually been able to forge a career as a professional footballer at any level whatsoever.

On reflection I think I'd rather have Bailey at least trying but being woeful over Sancho.

Bailey lying on the ground after a hint of a tackle on him or Sancho jumping out of the way of one to start with? Bailey at least delivered CL football for us but hardly kicked a ball before or since. Sancho obviously has talent too. It isn't Jordan Bowery or Brett Holman trying and failing. You can nearly accept that.

Sancho has been gutless all season. Andy Townsend was on co-comm for one of the early EL away games and went to town on him for "looking over his shoulder". He's been at it from day one. Out of contract in the summer so from an accounting perspective some other mug club will give him a deal.
