I’m sure there is sound and rational logic to playing this friendly but if it means we’ve lost a first team player for any length of time then sound and rational logic, can fucking blow me.

Why do they need to play these pointless games? Especially with many players on international duty which also carries a risk with injuries! Just give the players a break!
