He has been decent lately, IMO.

Agreed.

Also agreed.

Isn't on the last few months of his contract? I would hope he keeps working hard in the hope somebody wants him in the summer. It can only be good for us. (touches wood).

We have him until the end of the season.
We need him to keep improving (if you are in that camp) because we will probably need him at his best.

Cannot believe how many times he bottles out of even 60/40 blocks or tackles.

Cann9t justify his cost. Bailey a much bigger threat

He's stopped being shit.
I think this is probably it.
Also despite a bit of a pile on, I think Bailey has done more in two sub appearances.

I think the correct vernacular would be that, of late, he has been less shit. He certainly hasn’t massively improved, which is really what we need right now.

Are we paying all his wages? if so although he has some quality he is vastly overpaid.

Had a shot on target v Brentford.

Whoopty-fuck. He should have had chalk on his boots staying on the wing and stretching their defence instead of running into traffic, not that he was the only one.

Doesn't want to know when he plays on the right. Was same at Man United. No idea why. Tries a bit more on the left.

Which wingers stick religiously to the wing, now? He is clearly doing what he's being told to do by Emery. We were an inch or two away from scoring because he cut inside and he scored himself the other week from doing the same. There would be precisely zero point in running down the wing and banging loads of crosses in against Brentford's genetic mutant goliath centre-halves.

Our 6ft 4 striker wasn't getting much joy in watching us pass it back and forth across the pitch 25 yards from goal before ballooning it into the North Stand either.

No, he did best when Sancho ran through the middle.

Maybe he might have done even better if a ball or two had been aimed at the head on the top of his giant body.

We did about fifty crosses and had loads of corners. Brentford are built for that. Gonna stick to saying he shouldn't ignore Emery's orders just because Eamonn wants him to play like a winger from the nineteen-seventies.

We don't really play with wingers. We have tried loads and they have pretty much all failed bar Bailey for his hot spell. Theres a tactical issue at play there I reckon. That still doesn't excuse Sancho jumping out of every tackle. He's been a bit better of late, 6/10 better not it's f*cking February and time to deliver, and I thought was a bit unlucky to be hooked v Brentford.
