Throwing a sickie seems to be an unorthodox way for Sancho to boost his esteem in the eyes of Villa fans!

Isn’t it the 3rd time he has missed a game through being ill too. Strange. Really has no stomach for a fight at all.

We have 2 prem loan spots occupied by 2 players giving us literally nothing.

Is he injured or being moved on?

🤞🏻Dortmund to the rescue?

That seems to be a rumour in Germany...

Any journo of worth saying the Dortmund interest is genuine? Would do us no end of favors to move him on now.

Hard to see how it works though. We're on the hook for a load of his wages until the end of the season. Dortmund are doing fine without him and are probably not keen to pay him the bit of his Man Utd contract we've picked up. Man Utd are happy with us doing that.

I can definitely see them picking him up on a free in the summer. But I don't see why taking on a few million more of Sancho-cost for the second half of this season is in their interest.

He’s shown nothing for us.
He doesn’t like a tackle, has no pace and his passing when he’s had the chance is way off. What a waste of whatever we are paying him and the loan fee.

Last summers transfer window was an unmitigated disaster (other than Lindeloff) and due to the injuries we've got, its going to majorly kick us in the arse.

Monchi deserved his sacking. It may have been dressed up with flowery words but he was moved on because he royally fucked up Summer's business to a degree no one had any faith left in him.

Yeah, what we need is fewer players to choose from.

He was ill, apparently.
Quantity over quality is the way to go eh ?

More of an “attacking option instead of 4 defenders, 2 goalkeepers, 2 children and 1 Guessand on the bench” way to go.

Sadly, this is looking just as much of a desperate panic signing as it seemed at the time.

Can we get some transfers done this week rather than waiting until ten minutes before the end of the deadline to sign the dregs that nobody else wanted, please.
