I like how he clapped the Villa fans on his way past them after being subbed. Kept applauding for a good sixty secs.

He's probably nursing his hands today after all that physical contact.

I only saw the first half but he wasn't that bad, not great but not terrible either. The story of his time here.

I saw a lot of him when he played in Germany and he was really good, like Jack was for us, a great dribbler who committed defenders but also had a wonderful weight of pass on killer balls in the final third. The pace seems to have completely gone, if thats mental or physical, who knows?

I don't think UE will be too displeased with him, he seems to retain the ball pretty well and understands, follows tactical instructions. But he's not the player he was, and the player we need. I cant see us shelling out on the kind of contract he's going to expect based on what we've seen, we dont need to spend that kind of money for the attributes he now seems to have.

And, his 'cameo' when he came on against Wolves will live in my memory as one of the worst performances I have ever seen. So at least that will be memorable.

And Chelsea paid Munited £8m not to buy him (he had a compulsory but clause, ;like us).

He does next to nothing.

At best, he's inconsistent. Other than that, lazy and anonymous.

Get rid.

Even Gestede and Zaniolo scored for us.
Sancho is the worst player I’ve seen in a Villa shirt in terms of his contribution towards us scoring.

The fans seemed to be giving him quite an ovation.

Given yet another opportunity and floats around like an empty crisp packet.
I have seen enough.

certainly not sensations

To be fair, he did look pretty frazzled when he came off.

Yes, so did I – partly why the vitriol (as opposed to disappointment) from some quarters seems a bit much to me. But I guess there is always a scapegoat. Shame.

I want him to succeed but he was fucking awful last night.
Think that about sums it up for me.

I think that if he's unable to produce more or better, it's more likely down to insufficient talent than a lack of effort or engagement.
