He was their worst defender for years (that’s saying something). I always hoped to see him on their team sheet whenever we played them.

If this is the best we can do, I’m not convinced Monchi is worth a penny of what we’re paying him.

On the money, as ever.

To be fair 50% of the post was correct.

Which is quite high for me.

What an absolutely outstanding free transfer he has been.

Damn right, he's a proper footballer.

If he can also successfully fill in as a DM, he's up there with the signings of the season.

He's like a Swedish Matty Cash.

And to think how, pissed off, down in the dumps, underwhelmed, I was when he signed for us.
He's been outstanding, brilliant piece of business.

He’s done really well, but is mostly a side story to the overall narrative of our season, in my view.

Apparently one of the nicest guys to stay at the Belfry too, along with Bizot. Genuinely nice to the staff.

Was it Go Ahead Eagles that he started at RB?  Early on I remember a LW going past him as though he was stuck in the mud and I thought we had panic signed an absolute waste of space.  Glad to have been proved wrong.  At CB he has the time to read the game more and his positioning means his lack of pace isn't so much of an issue.

A strength we have now is a very strong centre back resources.
All can do a job at the level w are at. Lindelof has been an excellent signing.
