This is just dire.  No pace, no intensity McGinn aside.  And fucking Kamara out for a couple of months no doubt.  Shit.

There does seem to be a spark missing from us this season. We just seem a bit flat, and dull.

Have we completely forgotten we need to attack in games? Tielemans as a 10 doesn’t work, SJM off the left is negative.

McGinn is playing on the right!

We start every game with the handbrake on and playing like we are scared. Im sick of it now, why againt this depleted rabble are we playing McGinn and not Guessand or Malen? It just doesn't make sense!

Yeah we have no width what so ever and Brentford just get back into shape. McGinn on the right never works for me. Not really convinced with Buendia either, Surely Malen and Guessand have to come on.

Everything's congested and Brentford look like Stoke 2008 or Rep Of Ireland when Keith Andrews played for them. Play the percentages, long throws, second balls, waste time when leading. Awful shite to watch.

We need effective width, that's where the space is. Get Malen on if you think he has the brains to use the byline effectively, I have my doubts.

As bad as they've been under Unai
It’s being said more often

I had forgotten how fabulous things were before Unai

Garbage.

Torres having a 'mare, Onana not far behind him. Cash still unable to cross a ball. Kamara injured. No pace, no urgency, sloppy passing.

...and that was our good half.

Something is amiss at the club.

Coaching. Once again only one team looks like they've been coached and it ain't us.

We look absolutely terrible. It’s a combination of playing overly defensive and completely shite football. Mings not winning any headers and Pau giving the ball away + running like an OAP is a big problem.

Rogers and Watkins have both been completely anonymous too.

Not one good thing to say about that half. Other than we’re only losing 1-0.

Yep I worry a bit that Unai has got into a bunker mentality. We look entirely set up to make things stodgy which is fucking mental. We don’t look remotely capable of scoring.

The tippy tapping approach is dead. The best teams play with pace and tempo.

saw that today with 115 city and didnt work well for them neither .

We seem to say that more often than we should.

Atrocious first half. Disjointed, stale and ponderous.
Why does every single player slow the game down to walking pace ?

The tippy tapping approach is dead. The best teams play with pace and tempo.

Pau ? Fucking hell.

The entire back line seem to stay on the ball longer than they need passing among themselves. I can see from the feed Youri in the pocket from Onana dragging his man out wide and Morgan coming off his man deeper but they hardly receive the ball.

It is amazing what a bit of pace can do .  A route one has done us .  We are so slow , we are not playing. with the urgency like we are one down
