4th and EL winners.Assuming we don't lose any first teams. Think we will see the benefit of a stable squad who know what they're about, have the experience of CL last year and can pace themselves for the season. I think with our easy start we could surprise everyone with 20+ points in the first 10 games. Think we will probably finish with a couple of loanees in and possibly a surprise signing (Denzel Dumfries at RB) and have a squad capable of league and Europe.

The media have written us off already and I think that will work in our favour.

Champions.

If we are the Champions, can we play Queen after the final whistle?

I’d rather not win it.*

Could be worse. Could be Championees.

I think 8th/9th too. Things are a little stale.

Unless Unai pulls another master stroke I just think the opposition know our strengths and weaknesses too well now and their isn't any change up really in team or formation. We have good players, but so do a lot of other teams. I think we should fully target the Europa as a cheat code in to the Champions League and a trophy.

5th, and then by winning the Europa we'll qualify for the Champions League because that will increase the English Quota by enough to qualify twice.

9th /10th.
We have been completely hamstrung by financial controls and been unable to strengthen and improve like most clubs in the league have.
I don’t see how we can significantly improve our league position with the same squad.
Our approach and style of play will be the same as last year, and so I think this season will be very much like a continuation of last.

And at the end of last season we won 8 of our last 10 matches

Competing for Europe? Hope so.

We’ve finished 7th, 4th and 6th under Emery. Why not 5th this season?

That’d do me, along with the elusive cup win.

That to me looks an insanely doom-laden prediction.

If it's going to be very much a continuation of last season, when we finished 6th, how come we're now mooking about in 10th?
