I’m not sure there’s any point in buying a winger if you want to take the winger out of him.

Let's hope he scores a few more lucky goals and passes. We don't want to be left with him next Deadline Day, we've too much shit to deal with.

Thought he looked as average as ever in all honesty. Strand Larsen looks a decent signing for them on the evidence last night.

The second half he was attacking and they had men over and he was so slow to making the pass

I was watching (laughing at) the game last night. I specifically kept an eye on Guessand at one point to see how he was performing. He received the ball in quick succession in the space of about 4/5 minutes. Each and every time he lost possession. How he has become a professional footballer I will never know.

He might not fit Unai’s system, but Unai might not be here next year…

I doubt he'd fit into anyone's system as it stands, certainly not in the PL.

That is a horrific though, Unai gone and Guessand still here. Something will have drastically gone wrong.

In fairness, he almost had another assist to his name last night.

Sarr's face ruled him offside which would have put them 1-0 up.

There is a player there just that unai couldnt figure out what to do with. When that day comes when unai goes glasner would be  excellent  replacement

I still don't think he has the quality, yeah, he's playing in a position he's much more suited to, but I still don't think he's good enough. I hope they buy him.

I think both those things will happen this summer. I personally think Emery is ready to check out and knows he's taken this team as far as he can under the restrictions we have to work under.

Unai strength is getting players to play his game plan.  Not all players can do that - you can be a very good player but not work in a unai system.  I think you need a certain level of intellgiance.  I would put money our starting 11 having the highest average IQ of any PL team.  Thats the real quiz
