Game over 1-3. Played well though.

3-1. We've been second best since they took the lead. We have still never even managed a draw against them, the men have a better record against Man U.

Still, they're competing at a different level to us but there were plenty of signs of encouragement, IMO. More than matched one of the best teams in the world for most of the game.

Not the first match in recent seasons when Chelsea win when playing badly. Signs of top teams unfortunately and as previously mentioned, look at the depth in their squad compared to ours.
