It was a crap game and a crap competition

Was a crap game but well done palace. Let’s not get all pissy about the conference given we would have loved to have won it. Now come on PSG don’t let the tarquins get that European cup!

Does this mean Forest get Europa league?
Why would Forest be in the Europa?
England's representatives in the Europa are Bmouth and Sunderland. Palace will take the award from UEFA to enter the Europa League as UECL winners.

It's a joke because they replaced Palace in the Europa League last season when they were kicked out.

3 years ago today we were giddy with excitement as we beat Brighton to qualify for the Conference.

Heresy. It’s as if men actually have emotions…….

'Cry, did you?'
'Quite the opposite, actually'
'What, you sucked water in through your eyes?!'

Sorry, it just reminded me of this line and the way Ade delivers it always cracks me up.

I agree, wince.

Nine teams in Europe next season works to our advantage. Half the teams we will be playing will be in the same boat as us playing twice a week for most the season.  Squad depth and lack of injuries are key.

I really don’t like Palace and their Ultras bollox.
But fair play.
A Euro cup is something to celebrate.
I would also quite like Arsenal to beat PSG
Not sure why.
But feels as they were the 2nd biggest club in England to emerge from our shadows in the 30’s maybe it’s their time.
A bigger club than Chelsea or Citeh that have won it recently.

If Palace hadn't already won the FA Cup, tonight I would've said 'ah good for them'. But they did win the FA Cup, so they can fuck off.

Bollocks to some London novelty club winning trophies in consecutive seasons

From what I saw of it Palace were well on top. Even so, Rayo Vallecano gave them more of a game than Freiburg gave us.

We really need PSG to beat Arsenal now as UEFA will be doing their damnedest to make it more difficult for English clubs next season. English dominance in all Europe competitions will not be seen as a good thing.

Even if it meant England automatically won the next three World Cups, I still wouldn't want Arsenal to win.
