What are the consequences on Europe places if either team win?

Chelsea would qualify for the Europa League if they win. If Man City win then the place passes down so 6th/7th Europa League, 8th Conference League.

Either way, 6th would still change to a Champions League place if Villa win the Europa League and lose to Man City and Liverpool beat Brentford, but it wouldn't make a difference to 7th/8th teams.
Thanks cd. 👍

Madness that there could be 6x PL teams in CL.

There was last season.
Oooh my mistake…I didn’t pay any attention to CL at all this season.

It's just hateful isn't it.
Probably tourists. My younger brother is there with one of his sons: it's a bizarre scenario of a Brighton fan explaining to a football-indifferent Dad which player is which!

To call this low key would be no exaggeration.

Anyway, it  doesn't count.

Commentator just mentioned Blues at Wembley in 2011. Theyll be jizzing over that for years

Guy Mowbray - such a braying voice on that guy. He reckons Blose made the loudest noise he's ever heard at Wembley  :o

Yes it's constant the way he does it...tongue, lips, phlegm and spit...but of course he's all class.

Any set of underdog fans who are lucky enough to see their team score a last minute winner in a Cup Final, are going to make some serious noise.

Celtic are the good guys compared to Rangers, but only in the same way that Mussolini was alright compared to Hitler.

They're both utter twats, and if you're not from Glasgow and "support" them, then so are you.
So your not from Birmingham you can't support Aston Villa,?

If Villa win fifty league titles and people across Britain and Ireland pretend to support them just because they've won fifty league titles, then they would be twats. As that isn't the case, the comparison is worthless.

What if Villa were formed or come to represent an oppressed minority community and the fan base has/develops sympathy/solidarity with the struggles of other oppressed communities and people ‘pretend’ to support them because of that?

Anything that is true about Celtic's origins is also true of Hibs. Why don't Hibs have millions of fans?

Because trophies. Because glory-huntung twats.

Anyway. Celtic have consistently voted alongside Rangers to block any meaningful change in Scotland. What they did in the 1880s is about as relevant as the activities of Ardwick FC to the murderous tyrants that run Man City.

If you want an example of what twats they are we have to go back as far as... oh, today. A title decider and they give 750 tickets to the away team.

Take away your weird glory-hunter tolerance for Celtic and imagine what you would be saying if that was Villa at Old Trafford or Anfield.
