Semi-automated is just a cop out. I'm not having it whatsoever. What was the final count on the clock at full time?

I’ve been saying this for ages. We’re supposed to just believe a graphic and accept it. It’s worse than the stupid stills and wonky lines.

I’m of the camp everything city do is a cheat and so another league is just an extension of that revocable wins. Arsenal winning would be annoying in the extreme with the media love in from London. I’d rather city picked up another obvious cheat - which is sad

I am entirely aligned with you on this.

Me too.

Millwall's trip to West Ham next season should be fun.

Looked like a very dodgy decision during the game, and they would have had to give a penalty to Leeds if they didn’t call it as offside.

What are the potential ramifications for Southampton with the latest spy allegations? Say the league decided to impose a points penalty, and they get promoted, could the Premier League apply the deduction, or would it not be applied until if and when they were back in the Championship?

A report in the Times says that the punishment is more likely to be a financial penalty rather than a points deduction although there is a chance that they will expel Southampton from the play offs. Either way it needs to be resolved soon.

Thanks. "Soon" doesn't seem to be part of their vocabulary when it comes to actions like these, usually.

Soon is fine so long as it's small clubs and/or clubs that will be completely unaffected by the decision.

Even then, it took years to dish out Leicester's punishment.

Where did the freeze frame come from in the VAR comparison picture? Just asking as the ball looks in motion on the freeze frame and they are slightly closer to the box then the VAR picture so I suspect the offside was taken the frame before. Of course I'm not taking into account the VAR conspiracy to not relegate Spurs which is why the Leeds penalty claim was turned down and the last minute one for Spurs was given.

The PL & Sky aren't going to let Spurs get relegated & they're not even trying to hide it. One of the Sky 6 getting relegated weakens the position of the other 5 when it comes to voting.

I can't stand what football has become. I cannot hide my dislike of Arteta , Arsenal their corners and their fans, they have cheated their way to a PL Championship and the PL allowed it. Sky applaud it. Just like they have with all the Sky six. It is sad that the PL is  protected territory for them all, I'm surprised last nights game just didn't play on until Spurs scored. This all in wrestling at corners has to be stopped. Arsenals tactic seems to be to have three or four players just pile in like a scrum they run into the opposition and in the confusion and melee they scramble the ball into the net. Tima and time again. It really is boring!
