This might be the first time I’ve ever heard the Emirates have an atmosphere….cmon Athleti make them effin miserable

I listened to the last few mins on the radio. It sounded like they were beating Cambridge United in the League Cup.

Yeah, that was proper weird.

Bayern to thump them in the final and Harry Kane to score a hat-trick.

They lost 3-1 at the Emirates during the group stages. Granted one was an Arse cornalty and another was a gift from Neuer but Kane barely had a sniff.

The arse-licking commentator unintentionally rubbiged the 400+ other games at the Emirates when he stated it was the first game he can remember an "atmosphere like this" in the ground.

Have Bayern ever beaten an English team in the final?

Leeds, 1975.

And that was all above board. Honest, guv.
Can't imagine Bayern being involved but the Ref had an absolute shocker that night and it all seemed to favour Bayern - it's a good job the Leeds fans were tolerant and understanding of his failings....

Great move, lovely touch initially on the half way line by the Georgian lad, great ball back and composed cross and finish.

Kvaratskhelia's been my favourite player to watch for a while now. Can be quiet in the league but always seems to turn up in the big games.

They're English, and it's a European Cup Final. They wouldn't lose to Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich is actually Bavarian for "bottling shitebags who always lose to scummy twats".
