Good thing about Forest stuffing Sunderland should put our players on alert that it not going to be that easy
also means its one of spurs or west ham that go down

A european ref won't let Forest away with the physical stuff they're allowed to do in the Premier League.

Emery will be all over it. It’s what he does.

I know it's fatalistic, but we're a better team than Forest and should beat them over two legs. If we don't, we don't deserve to be in the final.

I'm not going to worry about their form.

Yeah. If it were a one-off final then I'd be very confident of us blowing it, but two legs, with the second leg at Villa Park?

Feels unlikely

I remember being confident before Olympiacos and Palace

Just don’t let it go to bloody penalties and I’ll be confident over two legs.

Sure, and if we freeze like we did against Olympiakos then we’ll fail. Palace are a bit different. I’m hoping our experiences in the past will stand us in good stead.

This is actually why I am confident. Three semis under Unai. We've been relatively clear favourites for all three. We can't keep losing them. Not with this manager.

I never really felt that confident about Palace, either the night before, on the way down or when hearing the team news that Rashford was out.
Olmpiacos was different, honestly Emi Martinez saves 3 out of the 4 goals they scored at Villa Park.

I'd like to say I'm not anxious about Forest's form but as we seem to be understudy to perennial chokers Arsenal I am a bit. A lot.

It’s a European semi final, we should and will be prepared to encounter opposition in decent form.

Let's relish it, should be two cracking ties, and when we’re looking back at our triumph in years to come, the glow will be all the greater knowing we beat a good Forest side along the way.

Just read that spurs will have dart twat on the bench this weekend.  Not to play, but to bring ‘the vibes’.  Desperate stuff.
