I'm with Monty on the offside changes and think it will make games much more defensive. It will also further the existing problem of pace being so essential at the highest level.

That’s the concern. That “daylight” will be questioned. It will be public that denies daylight”. I’m still in favour of a more common sense approach. Does the player deemed offside get a distinct and clear advantage in a goal being scored? A toe nail or a sleeve doesn’t. There’s a lot left to do. Same as handball. I still believe there needs to be intent accounted for.
