Big Emi saves that free kick - if he does leave us this summer there could be a vacancy at Bayern

Long thought that might happen. Without FFP I’d be gutted; however Trafford on half the wages feels a good swap.
If my maths are correct save £3.9m on wages at the risk of £2.7m per place, assuming the transfer fees are neutral?

Kane’s all round play is superb
However I prefer Mbappe's one job single mindedness.

I’m a little bit mesmerised by the crowd in each of the corners of the lower tier.
They looked crammed in, like the good old days of proper standing rather than regimented seating.

It looks absolutely brilliant.

I couldn’t be sat behind the huge flags being waved for the entire game.

What a ball that was from TAA just now.  He can't defend for his life, but that was some pass.

Imagine paying to have two 10ft flags constantly cross in your eyeline? Fuck that, I'll sit in the boring seats.

BBC live text wanking over Max Dowman playing in a Champs League QF at 16. Seemed to have forgotten he played last week in the QF of the Champs League.

I always think that about Glastonbury.

The flags, the standing up, the fact I'm a 50 something man with a swollen prostate and the accompanying occasional urgent piss need, plus the worst of all, the fear I'd be hemmed in by 10,000 people in every direction and unable to escape when Kasabian or some other bunch of horrific thundercvnts start playing.

I think at least with Glastonbury the flags tend to be really high up the pole so shouldn't be blocking too many views. Who can be arsed to hold a flag all day? These youths have too much energy.

For Glastonbury to appeal to me, I'd need to have easy access to an acceptable location for a quick nap, plus a guaranteed unobstructed path to a decent viewing spot. Also, I'd need at least an 80% reduction in the number of people there, a toilet to peope ratio of 1-1, and I'd need to feel some sort of flooring between my feet and the mud.

On top of that, I would need some sort of RV, as our American friends call them, in which to sleep, and it'd need to be sufficiently far from everyone else to ensure not too much noise.

I'd also require helicopter transport in and out of the location, plus a veto over the line-up.

If you can get most of that I am willing to go halves👍
