For someone that spent so many years playing professional football, Shearer doesn't half talk some shite. He's a right boring twat as well.

I would love to see rashford come back next season.
More chance of Jesus Christ coming back as Donald Trump

Decent then.

There’s talk of Barcelona not signing him due to finances, if that’s the case you’d think that we’d be in with a good chance of signing him. Although saying that it seems to be the wages that could be the stumbling block for us as well.

Barcelona down to ten. Arsenal in the final, no team will ever get an easier run.

Teams can score with 10 men, cd. I know we don't so it's difficult to imagine. I don't agree on Barca being much easier, anyway.

Atlético are much worse, that's why they're 22 points behind.

I don't think it's as simple as that when it comes to cup match ups. Arsenal probably loved pulling Southampton out of the draw over all the Premier League opposition.

Because it was an incredibly lucky draw, their performance not withstanding. Just as getting Sporting Lisbon followed by Atlético Madrid is an incredibly lucky run to the final. All the teams that were likely to beat them have ended up in the opposite half.

Man Utd want him out because of his wages. Barcelona can't afford to pay a transfer fee.

Let's say he's not playing for either of them for those reasons, which teams are more likely to sign him than us (Champions League dependent, obviously)?

I think Atlético can beat Arsenal. That's if the bottlers even reach the semi. That tie is not done.

Well seeing our 2 main objectives are to reduce the average age of the squad and improve SCR take your choice but not us.
Ps think he is a top/world class player when on form
