That was never a penalty so what the hell are the commentators on about?

I dislike Liverpool, but have to disagree.  It was soft, but there was contact there and shouldn't haven't been overturned.  I don't think that gets overturned in the Premier League.

Couldn't disagree more. I hate those decisions, he's initiated all the contact. Would love those overturned in the Premier League.

Antony Gordon would have to move to another country in that case

I think that would count as win-win.

Barcelona down to ten. Arsenal in the final, no team will ever get an easier run.

Never a red. There was a covering defender, terrible decision.

Shearer still disappointed VAR was used to make the right call after the ref made a mistake.

We gave PSG a much harder time over the 2 legs last season. Liverpool are limp....

The covering defender was literally there as the foul was made. Barca proper done in this tie. Two non reds.

That’s what I think, Kounde was just about to come in and make a challenge.

I think there was sufficient doubt to stick with the orginal decision, but referees never do.

(That's re: the red card, not the pen).

What are they going on about turning point - the turning point was when the draw was made. It meant a big fucking problem for Liverpool. That is what it has been for 90% of the tie

Maybe just about, but I can also see why he gave a red. Very tricky one for the ref.
