I get the mirth at seeing Arteta’s head explode but I don’t really understand the vitriol aimed at Arsenal when the alternative is the financial doping cheats of city.

If Arsenal bottle this league, they'll never live it down. If Citeh win it, they'll never live it up.

Winning the league is meaningless to Man City, it’s like a box ticking exercise.
Winning the league is everything to Arsenal.

It will be hilarious if they blow it again. Absolutely fucking hilarious.

I saw Martin Keown in a restaurant once. A few customers spoke to him, so guessed he was someone sort of well known. We made eye contact and he gave me a half hearted smile as if waiting for me to realise who he was. Initially thought was he was an actor from The Bill (my go to theory back in the day if someone looked vaguely familiar and had been on television). It was only when someone called him by his name and mentioned something about Arsenal that it clicked who he was.

It's like an Apprentice contestant has to become a 'Premier League manager for a day'.
Complete and utter cringe. If I was an Arsenal player, I'd die of embarrassment.

Three less injuries and we'd have won this bloody league.

For those that cannot understand the Arsenal vitriol I’ve two words for you.  Martin Keown.

He embodies the absolute worst of them. But it’s the whole AFTV hyperbole machine. A gathering of complete arseholes.

I don't even mind the team. They're physical and a bit dull, but I've seen worse. The entire support is a self-entitled hysterical hive mind which will be unbearable if they win the league. They're the worst in the division by a country mile.

I mind the team. They're a really shit watch.

They are. I'm a sucker for a good defence and they have one.

Man City extra motivated for Chelsea now. If we beat Forest we could pretty much have this wrapped up by the end of the weekend.
Please moderate this level of optimism

How do Brentford get so many penalties? 9 for the season now.

Keown
Dobby ‘I fackin told you…’ from AFTV and his band of weirdos are bad enough but just in case anyone needs any more reason to hope they bottle it I give you Piers Morgan!

Imagine the scenario that they need the financial diodes to drop points on last day of the season and then the big ‘if’ is that we win the Europa League the Wednesday before visiting Etihad on the Sunday :-)

Just said pretty much the same thing on a group chat.... 'IF' we do get over the line and win the Europa, there's no way we won't be on the beach up there on the Sunday.
Would be so funny if Unai costs that lot the league again, despite not even playing them! 🙏🏻
