I can see Bayern winning it this season. And while that would be annoying, I'd actually be quite pleased for Kane. He scored a real cracker last night, too.

If they get through the Real/PSG/Liverpool side of the draw then fair play and they will be favourites in the final.

QF matches for CL (Home club 1st Leg, pairings in same brackets and winners play next match. Bottom match in each pairing is 1st/2nd tract).

PSG v Liverpool
Real Madrid v Bayern

Barcelona v Atleti
Sporting v Arsenal.

Arsenal have had an easy run there.  Leverkusen then Lisbon.

Arsenal are winning it. They can't do wrong this year. Luck, referees, jammy draws, occasionally being quite good. Also the fact that as soon as I decide I hate someone more than any other they immediately become the best regardless of sport.

Harry Kane to score the winner against them in the final, giving Spurs fans something to cheer, having watched their team get relegated a week earlier...

I don't even want them in the final, it reminds me of the most boring Champions League Final ever, Liverpool-Spurs in 2019. The game should have been abandoned it was that dull. Every football fan with more than two brain cells wanted to see Ajax - Barcelona, two teams that were playing some of the most exciting football around yet the all English final was a sleep fest.

Anyway, I'm clinging onto the hope Sporting beat Arsenal in the quarter finals, I'll be there for the first game. Realistically, I'm hoping it's not a repeat of the last time I saw them play. Maybe it's just me but despite all the hundreds of millions Arsenal have spent building their squad, I still can't enjoy watching them play, not sure if it's the shirts, the Pep-lite approach, Arteta or the fact their fans are wankers. Anyone but Arsenal for me.

Yeah, have never wanted Arsenal to join our club but had they done so under Wenger they were, at least, playing decent stuff. They didn't just spend twenty hours a week practising grabbing people from corners and having strikers fall down for "penalties".

Forest make 9 changes for a game they have to win.
It looks like they are prioritising the league game on Sunday.

I fully agree with them. They should sacrifice any hope of stealing our trophy and put all their eggs in the beating Spurs basket.

I just hope it doesn't have the same effect as when MON decided to concentrate on the league and abandon UEFA competition. I mean it would be funny that Marinakis sabotaged Forest so much this season they got relegated, but we have more important team to have relegated and only one space to fill.

Looks like Larnaca are about as good as dealing with Sarr as the average Villa side is.
