They can agree not to if it's a hammering, same as us at home vs Ajax

Shows how much the Premier League is the most overhyped league in the world. We are still 4th despite being crap almost all season, even when we kept winning  we were crap most of the time scraping 1 goal wins. And Chelsea and Man City spend a billion plus and cheat financially  and they still can't compete with Europe's elite. Football has become one great shit show.

Shay Given won't be around for the post match verdict as he's left the stadium.

If spurs get the first three goals it could become interesting.

None of this, please.

It's a ridiculous rule. Play the required minutes, it's not baseball with a silly mercy rule.

Newcastle got properly pumped. There’s been a lot of doom and gloom with Villa lately but considering both us and Newcastle are the teams knocking on the door of the usual teams, they have not managed European competition alongside a league campaign as well as we have. They’ve got 8 games to get into some sort of European competition again and they’re 7 points off a europa place.

Really enjoying this week so far. Tottenham to get the treatment later too.

Indeed. We must get our jollies where we may and, my word, we seem to have struck a rich seam.

I don't mind the rule, helps avoid the chance of an injury in a dead game that's hit full time.

Does anyone know how it's looking for the 5th place still going to the PL because we might well need it the way things are going.

Liverpool going out with hopefully Spuds getting another shellacking will round off a hilarious couple of nights. Anyway that would be ideal but as per SE and CD we mustn’t ask too much of the football gods before tomorrow night.

I like Newcastle injuries.
