Well watched all our potential opponents, Red Star looked the best, Lille looked a disorganised rabble though have some good players, PAOK looked very average to shite and Celta looked very calm and organised but a bit lightweight.

So assuming these scores stay the same on aggregate who do we play?

Finishing higher in the league phase gives you the supposed advantage of playing your away leg first, both in the play off games and in the knock out stage. This seems reasonable.
However tonight has seen 16 games resulting in 2 home wins, 3 draws, and 11 away wins. There are going to be a lot of dead rubber 2nd legs.

Not sure where you get that. I would count three games as confident to call over for the second leg and that is Fener/Forest, Celtic/Stuttgart and Jaggy/Fiorentina. As you stated, it is a supposed advantage playing at home but if the losing team get an early goal, crowd might start putting undue pressure on the team.

Blackburn winning not good for the Boggies. Hopefully Leicester will get the points back.
