It’s because it was scheduled for the weekend of the league cup final and I presume they want to avoid fixture congestion later in the season.

Does anyone know why the Wolves v Arsenal game has been dragged forward from a weekend later in the season?
It was demanded by Arteta and he gets what he wants from the PL head of fixtures who is also his sister in law.

Man City v Palace would probably have been played then too if Palace hadn't shat the bed in the Conference league

I’m not that bothered he’s such an obvious Arsenal fan, which is understandable, but like so many ex pros, he’s such a bore and useless co-commentator. How do they pass their interview? Yeah, he’s dull, he’d be great on the airwaves.

Headline on the BBC sports section. 'Arsenal without Saliba for Brentford visit'.

Barcelona getting torn a new one in the Spanish cup against Atletico. 3-0 after 30 minutes and they’ve missed a couple of other decent opportunities as well. Simeone’s son is rapid down the right wing.

Arsenal are a horrible side, the epitome of 'workmanlike' relying on set pieces to scrape the wins that are probably going take them to the title.

City are on the march now. Arse will be bricking the bed if they lose tonight. Hate them both mind
