If someone had told me, at the start of the season, that Sunderland would be the only team with an unbeaten home record at the beginning of February, I would have thought they were raving mad.

Mallorca beat Sevilla 4-1 tonight in La Liga.  Sevilla and Valencia are now properly in a relegation scrap, along with several others.

Carricks Man United winning first three games isn't ideal. OGS got a similar tune out of these for a short while.
the difference being, this redmanc squad is actually quite good ...

Pretty sure the OGS vintage would’ve been stocked with expensive baubles too.  The fact that they have too many players, with half of them pissed off, is the main reason they remain shit, imo. They’ve always been able to raise their game on occasions, it is the dull Wednesday away against a motivated … is where they will slip up.  And thankfully most clubs are still motivated when they play Man U.

'expensive baubles' is not what I said or meant. They actually have some good players and Carrick is a pragmatic manager who will get the best out of them. I genuinely think, sorry to say, that they will be top 5 at the end of the season.
