Reckon Howe will be gone before the end of the season.

I recall saying a while back that England making an unlucky exit in the World Cup quarter final, Tuchel shrugging and wandering off, with Howe replacing him feels a lot like the sort of thing that happens.

How's our JJ done? 90 minutes in his legs at least.

I think I saw him on camera about twice in 95 minutes so if he did any good it must have been away from the ball.

I hope you're right.

He looked unhappy and lost and was wholly ineffective.

Not suited to playing in the centre. Not sure about Howe's Bradford tactics at the end. Trippier and Burn look finished and their summer signings haven't worked yet.

Worryingly Wirtz was very good today and is beginning  to look like the real thing.

Wirtz has clearly been talented from the start, he was just on different wavelengths to the rest of the team. That looks to have corrected itself now. He is a nice player to watch, unfortunately.

He looked unhappy and lost and was wholly ineffective.

I thought he linked up well with Elanga on occasions. He still looks totally unsure of his role or his role is not to play like the JJ we had, you know, the one who took players on and who ghosted into scoring positions. For £40 million you’d want more than bog standard middle of the park short passes.
