Semenyo is some player. It's outrageous that Man City are able to hoover up players like him with all the charges against them pending.

You see City’s squad and subs and think what’s the point. But anyway UTV

Guess the point is that despite all their advantages and cheating we are level with them in the league, having beaten them 3 times in a row at VP.

Look what they bought off the bench.
The fact they are allowed to do whatever they want despite the charges completely undermines the idea of sporting values and yet it is allowed to carry on and on.

I must be the only one who wanted man city to win.
I don’t want the jawdies having another Wembley appearance and I’m quite happy for Man City to have an extra game, potentially against Arsenal in the final.
Plus, the league cup is completely meaningless to them and their fans so it’s an inconvenience to them.

Same here, Man City winning it is meaningless.

Well at least Murphy might be out for our league match.

Given that this would virtually guarantee that Harvey "always scores against Villa" Barnes plays against us, I'm not sure it's a good thing.

I just find it increasingly nauseating, especially as they are throwing big money around again in this window. Wasn't there supposed to be some kind of ruling last October?  I think the plan has always been to constantly delay things in the hope that it will just go away and people will forget about it.

They (Media, PL) dont care about that, itas all about the PL brand and how many subscribers/advertisers/sponsors they can get.

I agree, the level of pretence and a complete lack of any mention of it show that they are all complicit in an Orwellian style cover up.

All the papers reporting an incident during the game where Howe apparently screams blue murder from the touchline at our Jacob for failing to close down his man.

Not classy. He’s really having a bit of a nightmare there.

Not as bad as Elanga , also he is being asked to play a role to which he is not really suited. His defensive ability has always been a bit suspect.

Is this subject ever going to see the light of day?
City charges seem to have disappeared from view!

It’s funny that it’s Man City having a goal disallowed but there was no way the keeper was getting that whether Haaland was offside or not.

Is that the rule? If he’s offside then he’s clearly stopping the defender/goalie being able to try and save the shot.
My question is whether we are applying the 5cm rule today.

VAR has said it was for Haaland being in an offside position and preventing the Newcastle player from closing down Semenyo. Quite why they decided it was acceptable to spend over six minutes looking at it is unclear at this point. VAR is a joke.
