I don't actually think he did, he was on the pitch when he went down, and didn't go properly off it. In any case, he was clearly injured and play would not have continued with him being where he was. Martinelli is a proper piece of shit.

I think he thought he was faking ,  he did try and move himself slightly on the pitch, but it didn’t look good
