It’s not just that they look beaten, it’s the new signings too, who looked dreadful.  And they’ve spent a shit load on them. Forest are bad, but you can tell they’ll have just about enough (until they lose a few players this summer).

A Forest fan on the Totally Football podcast reckons they spent £200m in the summer. That can’t be right can it?

I had a look the other day and they signed a few that aren’t even getting a kick. £200m sounds about right, with Elanga funding about a quarter of that.

It illustrates how crucial continuity is. New mangers jettison players that aren’t instantly providing value, …and with that starts further splurges on even more players.

They’ve broken the rules before and were docked points, I’m sure with their owner they will do it again.

Maybe Forest will use the lack of action against Citeh as the basis to undermine any action by the Premier League, the owner has form and would be willing to move this into the Courts.

Igor Jesus   Brazil Botafogo   £10,000,000
Jair Cunha   £10,400,000
Dan Ndoye   Italy Bologna   £34,500,000
Angus Gunn   England Norwich City   Free transfer
Omari Hutchinson   England Ipswich Town   £37,500,000
England James McAtee   England Manchester City   £30,000,000
Arnaud Kalimuendo   France Rennes   £26,000,000
Nicolò Savona   Italy Juventus   £11,200,000
John Victor   Brazil Botafogo   £6,900,000

They've had their pants pulled down repeatedly there.

Of all those, I'd take £10m Jesus. That's about it.

Dan Ndoye was infuriating last night. I quite liked the look of Jesus, has a good touch and good on the ball, but still very raw. It just bothered me that he looks like he should be very quick, but he was surprisingly slow.

haven’t seen enough to comment but I guess they were hoping for a slow transition from Woods to Jesus, but Woods been injured most the season.  Best laid plans and all that.

That Bakwa makes Guessand look like Ginola by comparison.
